Heidegger and a Hippo Walk Through Those Pearly Gates is a witty philosophy-meets-humor exploration of life, death, and what comes after. With sharp insights into thinkers like Heidegger, Descartes, Kierkegaard, and Schopenhauer, the authors sprinkle in clever quips—yes, even a joke about a hippo strolling through heaven—to make profound concepts fun and relatable . Whether citing country songs or sitcoms, Cathcart and Klein walk you through mortality in a way that’s both enlightening and entertaining—a smart, lighthearted survey of "the Big D."
