Shipping
The Bookend currently ships domestically within the United States via the U.S. Postal Service. Customers have the option to choose either media mail, the most cost-effective method for mailing books, or priority mail, the quickest method for receiving books.
Please note that shipping rate is based on the distance, weight and dimensions of the package. With respect to media mail depending on your location, it will take approximately 2-14 business days for delivery once the book has been shipped. With respect to priority mail, it will take approximately 1-3 business days once the book has shipped.
The Bookend ships all items within two days of receiving an order. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.
If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
Returns Policy
If you received an incorrect or defective book, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The Bookend will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of the businesses error.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes to process your return (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
