About the Author
Ronald Munson is a nationally acclaimed bioethicist who earned his Ph.D. from Columbia University. His books include Intervention and Reflection: Basic Issues in Medical Ethics, 7th Edition, and Raising the Dead: Organ Translplants, Ethics, and Society, named a "Best Book in Science and Medicine" in 2003. He is also author of the novels Nothing Human, Fan Mail, and Night Vision
Andrew Black received his Ph.D. from University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Praised by his students for his clear and helpful instruction in logic, he has also published in the areas of history of philosophy and epistemology.
The authors teach in the Department of Philosophy, University of Missouri--St. Louis.
